These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and go92 ("go92", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the go92 platform available at go92.onl, including the go92 mobile application and any associated services.

By creating an account, logging in, placing a bet, playing a casino game, making a deposit or otherwise using any feature of go92, you are indicating that you accept these Terms unconditionally. If you are using go92 on behalf of any organisation or third party, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

go92 processes all account transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and selected mobile wallets. go92 does not charge additional fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits are credited to your go92 account balance once confirmed by your chosen payment method. Deposit processing times vary depending on the payment channel used — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. go92 may request that you verify your identity and payment method before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts. This is a standard procedure to protect your account and ensure the security of your funds.

go92 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is any reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, go92 will communicate with you through your registered contact details.

go92 offers sports betting markets covering Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sporting events. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or market, which are made available on the platform.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. go92 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error or that resulted from a technical fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement except where explicitly permitted by the relevant market rules.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delays and suspension during live events. go92 cannot guarantee the availability of specific in-play markets for any given fixture.
• go92 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion, including where patterns of play suggest arbitrage, exploitation of promotional offers, or other conduct inconsistent with normal recreational betting.
• PSL and international cricket markets are subject to official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. go92 follows standard cricket betting rules regarding rain interruptions, abandoned matches and revised targets.

Casino games, slot titles and live dealer tables on go92 are powered by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or governed by real dealer outcomes. go92 does not manipulate game outcomes. Any attempt by a user to interfere with game software, exploit bugs or engage in any form of cheating will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

go92 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible users from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. • Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to place bets, play games or interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit on go92.
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or reproduce any part of the go92 platform.

go92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or conduct that is deemed harmful to the platform or other users.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting go92 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time frame. Any remaining verified balance after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending bets will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, go92 reserves the right to withhold any balance held within the account. This includes bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus activity, and any funds associated with prohibited conduct.

All content on the go92 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, design elements and the go92 brand — is the intellectual property of go92 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the go92 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from go92 without prior written consent.

Any user-generated content submitted to go92 — such as support messages, feedback or reviews — grants go92 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for platform improvement and communication purposes.

go92 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible, secure and functioning correctly, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, go92 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Technical failures, service interruptions or connectivity issues beyond go92's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or from prohibited conduct.
• Any third-party actions that affect your use of go92.

go92's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits go92's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

go92 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, go92 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example through a notice displayed on the platform or via the email address registered to your account.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at go92.onl/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of go92 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an updated version of these Terms, you should stop using go92 and may request account closure by contacting support. go92 will process your closure request and return any verified balance in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
