Account & Login

Creating an account on Go92 is straightforward. Head to the Register page, fill in your details — mobile number, username, and password — and you'll be set up within a few minutes. You must be 18 or older to register. Once your account is active, you can make your first deposit and start exploring slots, live casino, and cricket betting straight away.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the mobile number linked to your Go92 account and follow the on-screen steps to reset your password via SMS verification. The whole process takes under two minutes. If you run into any trouble, contact our support team through the live chat option on the platform.

No. Go92 allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is against our terms and will result in accounts being suspended. If you've accidentally created a duplicate, contact support straight away and we'll help you sort it out without penalising you.

Log in and go to your account dashboard. From there you can update your contact details, notification preferences, and security settings. For changes to sensitive information like your registered mobile number, you may be asked to verify your identity first. This is a standard security step that protects your account from unauthorised changes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Go92 supports a range of payment methods that Pakistani players use daily. You can deposit and withdraw using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, de bit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR so there's no need to worry about currency conversion or hidden exchange fees.

Most deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast are credited instantly or within a few minutes at most. Bank transfers can take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times — usually within a few hours during business hours. If your deposit hasn't appeared after a reasonable wait, check your transaction history on the payment app first, then contact Go92 support with the transaction reference number.

Once you're logged in, go to the wallet section of your account dashboard and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Go92 aims to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Make sure your account details match the payment method you're withdrawing to, as mismatched information can cause delays.

Go92 keeps minimum amounts low so that players at any budget level can participate. The exact minimums for each payment method are displayed clearly in the deposit and withdrawal sections of your account dashboard. Always check these figures before initiating a transaction, as they can vary slightly by method.

Bonuses & Promotions

New players at Go92 are greeted with a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The exact offer is displayed on the promotions section of the platform and may change from time to time. After registering your account, head to the Register page to get started and check the current welcome offer details once you're inside the platform.

Wagering requirements (sometimes called playthrough requirements) tell you how many times you need to use a bonus amount in bets before you can withdraw any winnings from it. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a bonus means you need to place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. The specific requirements for each offer are always listed in the promotion's terms, which you can find in your account.

Every bet you place and every spin you take on Go92 earns VIP points. As your points accumulate, you climb through the VIP tiers, unlocking better rewards at each level — these include cashback on losses, faster withdrawals, higher deposit limits, exclusive bonus offers, and access to a dedicated account manager at the top tiers. Visit the VIP page for a full breakdown of the tier structure and rewards.

Games & Slots

Go92 carries hundreds of slot titles across a wide range of categories — classic three-reel slots, feature-packed video slots, and progressive jackpot games where the prize pool builds with every spin. You can browse the full library on the Slot Games page or the Slots section. Games can be filtered by theme, stake level, or RTP to help you find exactly what you're after.

RTP stands for Return to Player. It's a percentage that indicates how much of the total money wagered on a slot game is paid back to players over time. A slot with 96% RTP will, on average, return PKR 96 for every PKR 100 wagered over a very large number of spins. Higher RTP generally means better value over the long run, though results in any single session can vary significantly due to variance.

The Live Casino at Go92 features real dealers streamed in HD, 24 hours a day. Available games include Live Blackjack, Live Roulette, Live Baccarat, and a range of game show-style titles. You can chat with the dealer and other players at the table just like a real casino setting. Stakes are displayed in PKR, and games run around the clock so there's always a seat available.

Sports Betting & Cricket

Absolutely. Cricket is a core part of the Go92 betting offering. You'll find pre-match odds and in-play markets for Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, test matches, and One Day Internationals. Head to the Bet section to see all available matches, live odds, and in-play options. Bets are placed and settled in PKR.

In-play betting (also called live betting) means placing bets on a match while it is already in progress. Odds update in real time based on what's happening on the field. For cricket, this means you can bet on things like who will take the next wicket, the runs scored in the next over, or the final score — all while the match is being played. It's a fast-moving experience that works particularly well during PSL and T20 games.

Yes. Beyond cricket, Go92 covers football including international fixtures and domestic leagues, as well as esports and other popular sports. The range of available events is listed in the Bet section of the platform. Football betting is particularly popular alongside cricket, and odds are competitive across all major markets.

App & Technical Help

Visit the Download page for full instructions on getting the Go92 app on your Android or iOS device. The app gives you the full platform experience in a clean, mobile-optimised interface — live casino, slots, cricket betting, and your wallet, all in one place. Once installed, you stay logged in so you can pick up where you left off without having to sign in every time.

Start with a hard refresh on your browser (Ctrl + Shift + R on most browsers) or clear your browser cache and cookies. If you're on the app, try closing it fully and reopening. Make sure your internet connection is stable — switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi can sometimes cause brief interruptions. If the issue persists after these steps, contact support with details of what you're seeing and which device you're using.

Yes. The Go92 platform uses encrypted connections to protect your data whether you're on a desktop browser or the mobile app. Your account credentials and financial information are handled securely. For your own safety, always download the app from the official Download page and avoid using public Wi-Fi when making deposits or withdrawals.

Go92 offers 24/7 customer support via live chat directly inside the platform. Once you're logged in, look for the support or chat icon. For non-urgent queries you can also reach out by email. The support team can assist with account issues, payment queries, bonus questions, and technical problems. Response times through live chat are typically very quick.

Understanding Go92 — A Deeper Look

Go92 is an online gaming platform built around the preferences of players in Pakistan. Whether you're into slot games, live casino action, or placing bets on PSL and T20 cricket, the platform brings it all together under one account. This FAQ page is designed to give you clear, honest answers to the questions we hear most often — so you can spend less time searching for help and more time enjoying the platform.

Getting the Most Out of Your Account

After you log in, your account dashboard is your central point for everything. From there you can check your wallet balance, browse active bonuses, review your betting history, and access the full game library. If you're new to the platform, it's worth spending a few minutes exploring the different sections — Slots, Live Casino, and the Bet section all have their own filtering tools to help you find games and markets that suit your style.

VIP members will also see their points balance and current tier on the dashboard. If you haven't looked into the VIP programme yet, it's worth checking out. Points accumulate automatically with every bet and spin, and the higher tiers come with genuinely useful benefits like cashback, priority withdrawals, and exclusive promotional offers.

Payments in PKR — No Complications

One of the things Pakistani players appreciate about Go92 is that the entire payment experience is in PKR. There's no currency conversion, no unexpected fees from exchange rate differences, and no confusion about what you're actually depositing or withdrawing. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most popular options among our players because they're fast, familiar, and available on virtually every smartphone in Pakistan. Raast and bank transfer are solid alternatives if you prefer to keep your casino wallet separate from your mobile wallet.

If you ever run into a payment issue — a deposit that's been deducted from your JazzCash but hasn't appeared in your Go92 wallet, for example — the first step is always to note the transaction reference number from your payment app. This makes it much easier for the support team to trace the payment and resolve the issue quickly.

Cricket Betting — PSL, T20 and Beyond

Cricket is taken seriously on Go92. During PSL season, the platform carries a full schedule of match markets — from outright winner and top scorer to over-by-over breakdowns and in-play ball-by-ball markets. T20 internationals involving the Pakistan national team get similar treatment. If you follow the game closely, you'll find the depth of markets genuinely useful rather than the basic win/lose options you see on less focused platforms.

Football coverage is also solid, with major international competitions and domestic leagues included. Esports has grown in popularity among younger Pakistani players too, and Go92 covers selected esports events. Everything is accessible from the Bet section once you're logged in.

Responsible Gaming at Go92

Go92 is a platform for adults aged 18 and over. We encourage all players to set a budget before they start and stick to it. Gambling should be an entertainment activity, not a financial strategy or a way to recover losses. If you find yourself spending more than you planned, or if gaming is starting to affect other areas of your life, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for practical self-management tools and guidance. Taking breaks and setting limits are simple habits that keep the experience enjoyable in the long run.
